Probably one of the most enjoyable projects that I’ve ever worked on was the creation of the colour collection ‘Signature Collection’ for Dulux in 2013. The collection has proved to be hugely successful and this year we release a refreshed version with a range of new colours. The collection brings together years of professional colour expertise and design know-how in an easy to navigate colour card, which puts the colour tools in your hand to easily work a look for a room.
Try the trio philosophy
Signature Collection neutrals come in families of easy to pick from trios, each shade relating to the other, allowing you work a trio twist throughout a room, or from room to room. By grouping the colours in this way it is easier to choose the perfect shade and helps to create complementary colour palettes for every room in your home.
Experience the new colours at House in the RDS
The new Signature Collection will be unveiled at this year’s House 2019 at the RDS. Our interiors team will be there to offer colour and interior advice over the weekend.
Create the perfect colour scheme for every room
The wall colour in the bedroom pictured above is Mid Cinder and Signature White was used on the woodwork. Coordinate woodwork by using the same colour for windows and door, tying your look together by using the same shade on the ceiling.
Specifically designed for Irish Light
According to Denise O’Connor, “Equally these trios work well from room to room to create flow and connectivity throughout a home. Specifically designed for Irish light, the beauty is each tone comes in a whole range of different finishes, so you can opt for different gradients of a colour on woodwork and skirtings, giving your home fluidity.”
Signature Collection Dark Neutrals
For contemporary yet a moody effect, Opt for Signature’s dark neutrals including Denise’s favourites Night Series, Fine Line and Operatic. Deceptive in its name, white can easily fool the eye, so Denise has simplified white by featuring three classics. Namely, a contemporary white, Urban White features cool undertones, while Easel White is a warm white with naturally warm undertones, ideal for use alongside a warm neutral. The versatile Signature White serves as a classically diverse white which clearly sits between the two.
Signature Collection makes Being Brave with colour easy
Make a statement by opting for one of Signature’s accent colours designed to help you make impact through colour. The Signature Collection brings you 12 fun and vibrant colours. These include Dulux Colour of the Year 2019 in the form of the versatile Spiced Honey, along with other firm favourites from previous years including Heart Wood, Denim Drift and Cherished Gold.
