Our Fixtures & Fittings services sets us apart from the rest. We feel that all fixed items in a house should be considered with the overall design. These items are essential to the creation of a home and vital to get a handle on early in the process. Our design team will provide you with assistance in selecting all of the fixed elements for your project such as windows, kitchen, internal joinery, sanitaryware, tiles and floor finishes.

TIMELINE

  • Handover will be 6- 8 weeks from initial consultation date depending on scale of project.

EXCLUSIONS

  • 3D drawings. Can be included for an additional fee.
  • Detailed Joinery drawings for built-in furniture, kitchens, wardrobes etc.
  • Stair design and detailed drawings. We can advise on style and finishes.
