Outside of the Greater Dublin Area there is an additional charge to cover out of office and travel expenses. A quote can be provided on request.

We can only use computer or CAD Files and even then we would have to spot check measurements. Paper drawings would have to be transferred onto the computer and therefore it’s easier and more accurate to do the survey ourselves.

Usually we provide two options. These are based on the information you give us on the day of the call out.

You will get your Optimise Home report within 3-4 weeks after the call-out. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the handover which takes place virtually.

We will give you a layout design for your new kitchen, this will indicate locations of appliances and kitchen style. We can recommend kitchen suppliers that would be happy to meet with you to discuss your kitchen design in more detail.

The drawings you will receive are not construction drawings/ But they are suitable for initial discussions with a builder. With our Tender Package, we can provide you with a full Tender Set of drawings. Many clients find that they like pieces or ideas in the different design options. If it is a small amendment we would be happy to email you a revised drawing. Any additional design work however would incur a fee. We encourage our clients to take some time to review all of the proposals before making up their mind.
